This was the first meeting since the announcement of the Covid 19 Pandemics in March 2020. Unable to meet face-to-face due to Malaysia Movement Control Order and taking time to adjust
to the new normal, the members of UiTM as the lead partner: Margaret Chan, Ling Siew Eng, Ling Siew Ching, Azlina Bujang and Mohd Syahiran met via Google Meet discussing the progress of the project implementation and the establishment of the website. The meeting also discussed mitigation strategies and the cancellation of the face-to-face kick off meeting as scheduled in April. This meeting was also on the preparation for the first kick off meeting scheduled on the 24 June 2020 using video-conference due to Covid 19 pandemic which led to the cancelling of the scheduled meeting in 1st Week of April 2020 in Kuching, Sarawak.
